Japan Proxy Fee Calculator

Every proxy service looks cheapest in its own comparison table. Put your actual cart in below and the arithmetic decides instead.

Each seller ships to the proxy's warehouse separately. Usually ¥500–1,000.
Neokyo adds a ¥500 packing fee below 2 kg. Others don't.

What each service would charge

Cheapest is not automatically best. Fees are the one thing arithmetic can settle; marketplace coverage, payment options, packing quality and how fast a service moves during a sale rush are not in these numbers. The full guide covers what each one trades away.

ZenMarket's rate depends on where each item came from, so set "Bought from" per item — auctions and Mercari cost ¥800 against ¥300 at a Recommended Store. Its 1% funds deposit fee is included at the 1% floor; the real figure depends on your payment method. Buyee is calculated with its ¥0 Lite guarantee plan rather than the ¥500 one it recommends, and its consolidation is free. FROM JAPAN's ¥500 is charged per order; buying several units of one item counts once.

All four re-checked against each company's own published pricing in August 2026. Neokyo's ¥350 does include domestic shipping to its warehouse, which is why it has no domestic line here. Services change pricing more often than you'd expect — check current rates before a large order.

What this does not include, and why International shipping is deliberately left out. It is charged by weight or box volume — whichever is greater — so it depends on what you bought, not on which service you used, and no calculator can guess it honestly from a price alone. Two other costs are worth knowing about but can't be modelled either:
  • Currency conversion. Some services apply their own exchange rate with a 2–4% spread built in. On a ¥50,000 order that is up to ¥2,000, invisibly.
  • Packing quality. A roomier box quietly raises the international rate and can erase every yen you saved on fees.

This calculator is the companion to our full breakdown: Japan proxy shopping services compared — what each one is actually good at, and the four hidden costs that decide your real total. For the two most people are choosing between, we run them head-to-head in ZenMarket vs Buyee.
